Guest access Guests have full private access to the main and upper floors of the home, including a separate entry, living spaces, kitchen, dedicated office room, bedrooms, bathroom, and the backyard deck.
There is free, safe street parking available in front of the home.
A 2-car garage at the back of the property is available for additional booking—please inquire in advance if you'd like to reserve it.
The backyard and deck are shared spaces, and you're welcome to enjoy them respectfully.

The downstairs suite is privately occupied by a long-term tenant and is not part of the rental. It is locked and off-limits to upstairs guests.
The tenant has a completely separate entrance through the backyard and side of the home, and there is no shared indoor space between the guest unit and the tenant suite.

🔇 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

🚭 No smoking indoors. Smoking inside the home will result in an additional cleaning fee.

🐾 Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of 2 pets per stay with an added pet fee. Please ensure that pets are house-trained. All pet waste must be promptly cleaned up, and if any stains, odors, or damage are found indoors due to pets, an additional cleaning or damage fee may apply on top of the standard pet fee.
🧺 Washer and dryer are available for guest use. Please avoid overloading and refrain from using bleach.

HOUSE RULES 1.1 DAMAGE / THEFT The guest is responsible for any damage / theft. The guest is obliged to treat interior carefully and with respect. All stolen or not reported broken things (furniture, kitchen equipment, damage on walls / windows / ceiling etc.) will be billed replacement cost / cost of repair and a minimum of $100 or equivalent. This includes: • Any stains, scratches, holes on furniture, floor, walls, windows, doors etc. • Stolen or missing decoration items, remote controls, keys, towels etc.
1.2 SILENT HOURS No loud music, yelling or other loud noise between 10pm and 8am. In case of complaint from neighbours, the guest be billed the deposit and a minimum of $100 or equivalent.
1.3 SMOKING No smoking in the rooms, flat or in the common areas of the building. No drugs in the rooms or on the property grounds. You may smoke cigarettes on the property front steps outside the door.
1.4 FIRE ALARM OR SECURITY ALARM If the guest triggers the fire alarm or security alarm, the guest will be billed the cost of emergency dispatch if applicable, or any ambulances required to attend the guest on property. Please immediately inform us if water pump alarm goes off.
1.5 TRASH Please use the trash bins. Extreme littering or filth causing extra cleaning hours may be invoiced by a minimum $35 per hour cleaning fee.
1.6 NUMBER OF GUESTS IN THE HOME It’s not allowed to bring more guests than registered on the booking without clarifying with management first, when can alter your booking please just let us know. Events must compensate the costs of per guest for more utility and supplies used.

There are some things that need attention in the property but nothing that impacted our stay. The host was responsive and we were impressed by the cleanliness and amenities provided for in the unit. Overall very pleased and recommend this property without question.
