Pink stay

The vrbo was exactly as it showed in pictures. Had to speak with host to post pictures of bedrooms. It would have been nice to have kleenex in bathrooms and facecloths. Beds were comfortable.

I'm sorry we haven't reached your expectations but as you know it's quite impossible to please everyone at the same time. We mentionned in the listing that you can contact us at anytime if you need anything. Facecloths were there in one of the drawers, we put them there so it stays clean until the guests pull them out. Sometimes being extra detailed might not be appreciated sadly. About the bedroom pictures, you are actually my first guest with VRBO but we are in this business for 3 years and more with Airbnb, we have just started posting on VRBO and we forgot to upload pictures of bedrooms . You called VRBO to request photos and we had the chance to talk on the phone before you booked the place , you requested pictures of bedrooms and we have provided to you and then you booked the place . You mentionned the place is exactly like in the pictures, then I don't see where the problem is ! In return I still gave you a good review with 5 stars , I think you are a nice person but my service didn't deserve a 4 star. You're still welcome to book and stay at my place. I wish you good times Thank you !
