The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
No exterior footwear inside the house. No pets. No smoking. No Marijuana. No event or party. Clean and restore everything after using the kitchen. Do not move the furniture around.
Check out before 11am. Please don't forget to put back the garage door controller and key. Don't use the towels for other usage. Put used towels into the washer on the main floor (powder room).
Put food garbage into the small green container. When full, put the bag into a green cart and regular garbage into a black cart in the yard. For emergency, please contact Frank at 11630.

Great place with lots of space

Booking and communications were a breeze. Was a nice space for a group our size to stay. Will stay again next time we are in Edmonton.

Multi bedroom

It filled the bill. We needed many rooms for multiple family members to have their own space. We also needed to be close to the winspear centre for an event so the location was good. It was quiet for the most part except for the tree removal in the area on the last day. The beds were clean and comfy.

Checking was a breeze, plenty of parking. Lots of rooms and beds which accommodated our needs. It was perfect for multi family’s. The location was perfect for our needs. The rules and expectation of the home were very clear. The only downside was the basement bathroom needs a new shower curtain it was not clean and the shower in the master bedroom was full of mold. The fridge in the kitchen could use a defrost as it was all froze up and was not chilling properly.
