The space
Our Listing has the following Amazing Features:
- Newly built home in 2023, with HUGE vaulted ceilings and a palatial feel with a gas fireplace in the main living room.
- Our home features two (2) full bathrooms with one (1) ensuite bathroom attached to the master bedroom and a half bath on the main level.
- Professionally sanitized and cleaned between each guest. We are BIG on cleanliness and ensure all surfaces are thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes. All linens and towels are bleached also.
- Our home was professionally designed by a local Edmonton interior designer.
- Central Air-conditioning for the hot summer months.
- Only a 6–8-minute drive to Edmonton's world-famous - West Edmonton Mall.
- Easy self check-in via secure door keypad.
- Secure front-attached garage parking and LOADS of available street parking.
- High-Speed WiFi on our large 65" SMART TV on the main floor and 55" TV located in the second living room upstairs which features complimentary Netflix.
- Located close to the Anthony Henday ring route
-Our home has a separate short-term rental suite in the basement.

These spaces are separate with their own private entrance, and no space is shared between the units.
If you are traveling with a larger group and would like to rent the entire house, including the basement, please message us, and we can check if the entire space is available.

Girls getaway

We had a very great stay! Beds and pillows were very comfy. This was a very nice house. Beautiful kitchen and master bedroom and bath. Some things we didn’t like cleanliness of something things walls, kitchen knives. No door handle to door downstairs which is also rented out. Overall great stay!

Very clean, comfy beds!

We were a group of 4 adults, 5 children attending an event on Edmonton. The house was beautiful and conveniently located. The beds and pillows were so comfortable (we were going to check the make of mattress to buy for our own home, they were that good, but forgot) and we had a great night sleep every night. There was more than enough room for all of us and a spacious pantry to store all of our food/snacks/supplies for the duration of our stay. Lots of room in the garage to park our cars, laundry room with iron and ironing board and a BBQ for an easy dinner night. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great house and location

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The house is new and tastefully furnished. The kitchen had lots of equipment that made cooking a breeze. The 12-minute drive to West Edmonton Mall made this the ideal location for visiting with the kids. Ijeoma was an excellent host. We arrived pretty late the first day and she stayed up to make sure we checked in and had everything we needed. She was very easy to reach throughout our stay and communicated well throughout. Overall highly recommended.
