Relax with the whole family and friends at this peaceful holiday home which is only a short walk from beautiful Woodside Beach and Surf Life Saving Club.
The property abuts coastal bush and farmland. Our beach house is a classic example of a family holiday home. It is designed as a relaxed retreat ideally located to make the most of its proximity to 90 mile beach.
The main house includes an open lounge, dining and kitchen area. Also in the main house are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and laundry.
The rear detached flat includes 2 bedrooms and a lounge area with kitchenette.
Both lounges in the main and rear houses can be folded out and used as double beds if required also.
The front yard features a native garden and outdoor dining area.
The rear garden features lawn areas and a veggie garden which back on to the adjacent coastal bush and farmland.
Both the main house and rear flat have televisions and also wifi access. Please note that wifi and data coverage can be inconsistent in the area due to its location.

My family has enjoyed the beautiful Woodside Beach and surrounding areas over the past 20 years. This has included riding horses on the beach and exploring the neighbouring coastal and farmland with dogs and kids. Our time is split between Melbourne and Woodside Beach and we offer our beloved beach house for holiday stays only at specific times during each year. We hope you enjoy this special part of Victoria.
Why they chose this property
The vastness and beauty of the 90 mile beach is the obvious attraction. Woodside Beach is lucky to have one of the best run Surf Life Saving Clubs in Victoria and the club also provides a hub of activities over the holiday periods - including food trucks, bar, entertainment and events and markets. The location also offers opportunities to explore nearby attractions such as Tarra Bulga National Park, and Port Albert and Port Welshpool. The service town of Yarram provides all your shopping needs and also features a beautiful 18 hole golf course. The Woodside Beach Hotel, located a short drive inland provides fantastic meals and relaxing areas to enjoy a beverage or two with the locals.
