Fabulous four nights at Manns Beach, beautiful house, well maintained, excellent kitchen equipment, it was a delight to stay here. The views were to die for, couldn’t get enough of them. The outdoor shower was a particular enjoyment for our grown up son and little grandson. Thank you.

yes it is a great hide away , and if you get the chance the fishing is good to.
A lovely property in a really unique location. It was quiet and peaceful, and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed watching the different weather roll in through the large back windows overlooking the waterways. Looks a fantastic place for boating and fishing - will need to come back with a boat next time! Thank you Mark and Andrea for a wonderful stay.

Yes, it's a great spot for boating with lovely beaches out there.
Clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen and bathroom/laundry. Excellent dealings with the host. Table tennis was a boon for teenagers. Only issue we had was there is no actual beach, more of a wet lands. Beautiful beach 20 min drive away

yes, it is a good spot, quiet and not many people around the views are great looking out over the islands and sand dunes. You can see straight up the boat channel and the boat ramp is only 300 meters away which is a great place for paddle boarding,10 minutes by boat there are amazing islands with sandy beaches.
what a lovely place if you nature lover then must visit clean home with every thing which you need & owner also nice & reply so quickly I love sunrise & sunset specialy when water come in morning & gone in evening over all I will go back when ever I got chance

yes they are great water views i am glad you enjoyed the sunset across the water
Home was very clean, and well appointed. Tri level so has stairs. Living levels upper level with great relaxing view and Fantastic wood heater, also one in attached game room. Heaps of wood.
Kitchen loads pans/trays/utensils to allow cooking of meals. BBQ's in games rooms...we used every night.
Tank water I thought it fine to drink, owners supplied some bottled water which was appreciated.
Heating in 2 main bedrooms , which we didn't use and hall heater which was all that was needed to take chill out of all bedrooms before retiring.
Shower also had a novel massage setting. Toilet separate. Soap/shampoos and heaps of toilet paper.
Private Outdoor shower with hot water so great to rinse mud/sand off before entering home.
Table tennis a big hit with the kids as well as the vintage cassette player (they had no idea this existed)
Manns beach very quiet and isolated. We found it a good base to explore area...going to beach's, kayaking, (recommend older teens plus as currents) walks and bike path from Yarrum.
Its a better area to cook at home rather than eat out..we didn't find eatery's open..but likely due to covid and big storm which hit area the day before we arrived.

Very clean and comfortable. Small things like the provision of milk, coffee, cooking equipment in good condition, stereo, air/con, nice linen, games etc added to the relaxing experience.
We had a very comfortable stay. An easy drive from Melbourne, the house had everything we needed and we enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the deck.
We truely needed a recharge.
Incredible view, lovely neighbourhood, plenty of fishing spots, fresh air, everything you need in the kitchen, clean, plenty of space/beds.
Thank you for making our peaceful holiday possible Mark and Andrea.
Highly recommened.

thankyou for the great review ,you certainly had a good time and did all those things the house is designed for thanks for being a fantastic guest
We had such a great stay at Manns Beach!! Long walks and great food from Yarram and Port Albert. We were lucky enough to experience a big storm roll in over the water and we had the perfect sport in front of a wood fire to watch it.
Hopefully we can come back soon

thankyou Yasmin for being a fantastic guest ,yes we also think its a great place for fishing or if you have a boat going out to the sandy islands.
Wonderful, spotless property located for ever changing spectacular views of the water and sunsets. We really appreciated the lovey fresh fruit left for us and the house being set up for easy use and attention to detail. Highly recommend for a fishing break , exploring local walks or snuggling up with Netflix!

Thank you for your lovely review and being wonderful to deal with. The area has a lot to offer including Tarra-Bulga National Park with it's beautiful rain forest and walking tracks for those windy days, secluded Islands only 7 minutes by boat from Manns Bech pier, with amazing fishing (whiting like you have never seen before) and also on clam nights prawns can be scooped out of the water by the boat ramp.
Unfortunately the weather was against us but still had plenty to do and see bring the bushman if you head down to the jetty for a fish. Overall the property is lovely and we will be back with the boat next time

Fabulous place
This place is nice but we had only one problem. There was an electricity power failure in the area and water supplying was only working with electricity. In other words if there is no electricity no water. We had to wait hours without water and electricity. But the owner was very helpful. The problem is with the house design.
