Welcome to your Mornington Peninsula retreat, where comfort meets coastal charm. This beautifully presented 3-bedroom home is designed with families and groups in mind, offering plenty of space to relax, unwind, and create lasting memories.



With an open-plan layout and large windows, the home is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living area features a 65-inch smart TV, comfortable sofa seating for six, occasional chair perfect for cozy movie nights or relaxing after a day at the beach.



The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need: oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, and utensils. Gather around the kitchen island for a quick meal, dining table that seats six, or take your meals outside to the balcony terrace, complete with a dining table for six and sweeping leafy views. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or alfresco dinners.

Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower & toilet, occasional chair, ceiling fan.



Bedroom 2: Two single beds, study desk & chair, fan, wardrobe, and a collection of toys to keep kids entertained.

There are two bathrooms and two toilets, including a main bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower.
