Essential toiletries: body soap, shampoo, and basic cleaning supplies.
Household basics: cooking essentials, toaster, coffee maker, coffee, and more.
Parking: This home offers a free ample street parking.
Laundry: Guests are welcome to use the in-suite laundry after 6:00 PM. The homeowner makes use of it during the day, so evenings are reserved just for you.

This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $1000 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is detected inside the unit.
