Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some minor signs of wear and tear may be present, but all facilities remain fully functional and well maintained.

Room/unit itself clean, tidy. Location good - easy to Queen St Mall, Casino and South Bank. Parking was away from unit. Due to circumstances, had to collect key from EzIMart a distance away and then could not get key as previous tenant had not returned it. This impacted our time as we had nowhere to park until getting the key. Key then needed to be returned to same place. If I had understood all of this prior to booking, I would not have utilised/booked. Lesson learnt
