Great location near the water. From the large deck you can see some of the lake. There is a boat ramp within walking distance from the house. It is in a very quiet area. The upstairs only has 2 window air conditioners that did keep the area cool. There is a central unit for the downstairs area. The deck spaces were really nice to sit on and enjoy the area.
