Easy living with so much to do if you want to or just relax and enjoy the atmosphere. In the heart of Moonee Ponds, just a short tram ride into the city. Surrounded by a wide choice of bars, restaurants and popular Puckle St. Short walk to Queens park, Palace Theatre, Clocktower Theatre, swimming pool and Moonee Valley Racetrack.
What makes this property unique
This home has character with all the modern amenities. Right in the center of the popular Moonee Ponds, yet so quiet you wouldn't know you are in the city and yet so much to do in the nearby are, just a few min's walk. Great public transport and so easy to get to the city and other suburbs.
