The fresh fruit and vegetable, meat and fish sections will tempt you to create a feast using the hooded barbeque provided on the terrace.

• King and option of 2 singles or a King size beds both with high quality linen.

• Lounge features a 5 seater comfy suite plus large TV.
• As hosts we treat guests as if they were our best friends coming to visit. We provide a welcome basket to help you settle in and get over your long flight.

The only thing that separates you from the city centre is Flagstaff Gardens. You will be perfectly located to take advantage of everything that the city has to offer. You are easily connected to everything with free tram travel within the CBD area and Docklands. Within a few minutes you can be at the major sporting precincts, shopping, theatres, casino, Southgate on the Yarra River, Docklands and the list goes on.

The apartment is clean, spacious and features open plan living with bamboo flooring for the dining, kitchen and lounge which opens to a gorgeous terrace for outdoor dining amongst the treetops of elm and plane trees that line Dudley Street with views to the iconic Flagstaff Gardens.

Windows and sliding door to the terrace are double glazed to ensure that while you maybe in the heart of the city you can have peace and quiet when required.

The lounge is very welcoming with quality red leather lounges, coffee table, a large flat screen television, digital radio with docking station for a range of IPads/IPods, CD/DVD player. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available free.

The apartment is on the northern edge of the CBD with easy access from the Tullamarine Freeway (to Melbourne airport) by car. Secure underground parking is available. The apartment and building have swipe key access for your security and convenience.

It is only a short walk to the funky North Melbourne for cafes, pubs and a diverse range of International cuisines, the Melbourne Comedy Club and Birds Basement for top quality jazz. On a beautiful morning there are many options for breakfast on Errol Street or nearby lanes and back streets. Dining recommendations are provided to guests and location of amenities such as supermarkets.

Check In time is set at 2.00 pm and Check Out 11.00 am but we are totally flexible to suit your arrival or departure times from Melbourne if it does not clash with other guests. Bag storage is available if required.

Loved being at Val's apartment. Her attention to detail made us feel welcomed and spoilt. Communication before check-in was second to none and upon arrival we were welcomed in and able pick the brains of 2 locals whom Val had arranged to greet us. The information gathered during this time helped my partner and I alot. The Victoria Market is only a 5 min walk away. Great food locations on nearly every street. The weather during our stay was cold but the apartment block is always warm when you walk through the entrance door. There is AC but we never used it as the temperature in the apartment was always just right. My partner and I loved the welcome pack gifted by Val. The cheese's, cracker's, grapes and wine were just what we needed after our flight in and horrific time spent on the city roads lol. A great way to unwind and destress. The espresso machine won my heart and my partner loved the balcony views, plus King Size bed. The information booklets and sheets were plentiful and ranged from apartment info to tram info, with cards for boarding the tram available should we choose to ride one. Thank you Val and friends for your hospitality, patience and communication. Val, you made our stay in Melbourne a memorable and joyus occasion. Thank you for all the help, guidance and communication you gave us. You are appreciated. We will be back!

Wonderful condo
Stayed at the condo for two months and had an excellent time. The terrace is huge and very nice to hang out. The condo was exactly as shown and very comfortable. Excellent to have the two bedrooms. The kitchen had everything that one needs to live. The condo is near a couple of supermarkets and plenty of restaurant choices.

The apartment has a lovely open and airy feel that is instantly relaxing. Being able to walk out on the terrace with a cup of tea or a glass of wine and just watch the world go by does make it feel like a home. We stayed for five nights in this lovely property. The location is excellent and is a short walk to the many sights and restaurants Melbourne has to offer. We have stayed in many rental apartments but this is one of the most comfortable and best equipped we have ever stayed in. It was lovely to arrive to a welcome basket along with a bottle of bubbly. The rooms are spacious, bright and airy and the terrace is huge. The owner is very welcoming although we kept her waiting while we navigated our way from the airport. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a rental in Melbourne and would definitely stay there if we ever have the opportunity to be back in the area.
The location is awesome. The apartment is a very short walk to the CBD, flagstaff gardens, and Queen Victoria market. The deck is huge, and the weather was really warm so I enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings and late in the evenings when I got back. Great place to enjoy city views. The apartment is immaculate, with very comfy king size bed and has a modern kitchen with good appliances, kitchenware etc. There is plenty of space to relax in the lounge. The whole apartment is
