This property was lovely, the only issue was the single set of fobs for entry to the gate, building and apartment. Very frustrating for three adults not all wanting to go out together. There was another group staying at the same complex who had an app on their phone to enter, this would have made our stay so much easier. Location is amazing, Christchurch really is a wonderful city

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in this lovely apartment. It’s very central to the city centre but close enough away that you didn’t feel like you were in the city centre . The dedicated free carpark behind a secure gate was great considering this is a rarity so close to the city centre. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the downstairs toilet is very convenient because the bedrooms and ensuites are all upstairs and we took full advantage of washer/dryer in the apartment to keep us supplied with clean dry clothes on our stay . I would suggest to make sure your host is aware of your arrival time so that cleaning has been completed and the apartment is ready for your stay . Also be aware that the fob etc to access the carpark , the apartment building and your apartment are located offsite and you need to walk or drive to this offsite location before you can access anything. Be aware there is a lot of stairs firstly walking up the flight of stairs to the floor your apartment is located on and then stairs up to your bedrooms and ensuites . We would definitely stay in this apartment again if we are ever in Christchurch again
