Très beau chalet architectural, dans un environnement paisible, en pleine nature. Propreté correcte en surface, mais nécessiterait un nettoyage plus en profondeur. Matelas de qualité, machine à café DeLonghi appréciée. Les serviettes de bain blanches par contre sont toutes très usées et devraient être renouvelées. La grande déception de notre séjour fut que contrairement à ce que détaillait la description de l’annonce du chalet lors de notre réservation en avril, nous n’avions pas accès au sentiers qui mènent au Lac, et n’avions pas non plus accès au Lac. Il y avait pourtant une belle photo avec une personne qui se baignait près d’un quai. Nada. L’hôte nous a transmis cette info tout bonnement 1 journée avant notre séjour. Immense déception. L’aménagement extérieur n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes; il n’y a qu’une une de pique-nique et dés chaises autour du coin à feu. Pas de chaises, de terrasses, ou d’endroits confortables pour lire, se reposer ou prendre l’apéro. De plus, la porte moustiquaire du chalet était brisée, en plus de 2 autres fenêtres qui ne s’ouvraient pas, il manquait vraiment d’aération; l’hôte nous a suggéré de mettre la clim. !! Drôle de suggestion quand on vient profiter du grand air. Les communications avec l’hôte se sont quand même bien déroulées. Nous aurions aimé plus d’empathie pour notre situation. Nous avons reçu un crédit de 125$. Voilà.
