Set in the middle of 200 olive trees on 1 hectare, magnificent Stazzu Gallurese with 3 bedrooms (+ two sofa beds) and 3 bathrooms (and an outdoor shower) with a fantastic new 55 m² private infinity pool! You actually get 2 accommodations: the stazzu (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed) and the cute little house (also sea view) in the countryside less than 140 metres away (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a sofa bed). Suitable for 6 adults and max 4 small children or 2 teenagers (2 sofa beds)

Large living room - all comforts: air conditioning, WiFi, LED screen with Chromecast, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and, above all, very large terraces with beautiful veranda offering magnificent views of the sea, the Bay of Olbia, Golfo Aranci, Capo Figari and Capo Ceraso and the Tavolara.

This house has a very attentive host who answered every inquiry quickly and thoroughly and gave us good suggestions when we needed them. The informational welcome packet was very helpful and detailed. A short drive from Olbia airport, the house is quite new and exceptionally clean and welcoming inside, with conveniences such as air conditioning (which we very much needed), dishwasher, clothes washer, microwave, and more. With the house sitting up on a hill, the expansive views of landscape and water were lovely, and the wrap-around verandah enabled us to enjoy it with coffee in the mornings and a drink in the evenings to watch the sun set behind it all. The pool was a beautiful and welcome retreat from the heat. We did not use the second small house. Although the house water is not potable, it was easy to buy bottled water nearby for drinking and food washing, There are many options for grocery purchases. We had a relaxing stay in the house and also in the local area since it is only a short drive to various lovely beaches, towns and restaurants on the coast.

Fabulous, well appointed rural villa

We had a lovely relaxed week chilling by the amazing pool, enjoying the view, visiting local beaches and generally exploring. Great host who provided everything we needed to enjoy the villa. Equipment and fittings excellent. Beds comfortable, aircon definitely needed. Locals were friendly but only limited English spoken. Great location for Olbia airport. Highly recommended.

Olbia villa

This was an exceptional state in an extraordinary home. The house was nicely appointed, and gave a great feel of the country villa in Italy. The views could not be beat. The space was perfect for the two of us, and would have been ideal for two couples as well. I love the expensive ceilings, everywhere, and the large open concept, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Being outdoors was always a treat, at least, because the terraces were expensive and allowed one to sits, relax, and enjoy the perfect weather and the wonderful views. I had the pleasure and privilege of staying more than two weeks, and I would go back in a heartbeat. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at this villa, and will probably do so myself again in the future.

Sardinia holiday

We had an amazing stay for two weeks in this wonderful house. Eric greeted us late in the evening as we arrived after 10pm. His home had everything you could have wished for and was very tasteful and homely. The infinity pool was perfect with up to 6 Sun loungers and a dining table outside for up to 8 guests. A wonderful location with amazing views. Eric gave us lots of guidance with restaurants and beaches. We loved Porta Istana, Porta san Paulo Taverna Nord and Spiaggia Capriccioli. Best restaurants included Il Portalano, Marco’s, 12-1 and Riss cafe for cappuccino and croissants. There was a breeze from the home which was very pleasant as it was hot. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely recommend this place to stay. Thank you so much Eric. It was a pleasure to meet you!

Das Haus ist sehr Schön und ist in einer guten Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht auch vom Pool aus einfach toll, wir füllen uns sehr wohl. Allerdings die Zufahrt ist in schlechtem zustand, vom Regen ausgewaschen hat tiefe Rinnen. Denn noch würde ich jederzeitwieder Mieten da eifach sehr ruhig ist und top Lage. Der Gastgeber ist der Freundlich, es hat einfach gepasst.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie sich in der Villa wohlgefühlt und insbesondere die ruhige Lage, die Aussicht und den Pool genossen haben. Seit Ihrem Aufenthalt hat sich die Zufahrt übrigens deutlich verbessert: Im April 2026 haben wir unsere private Zufahrtsstraße vollständig erneuern (100 meter !) und zusätzlich schön beleuchten lassen. Auch der etwa 125 Meter lange Abschnitt, der in die Zuständigkeit der Gemeinde fällt, wurde inzwischen repariert und stabilisiert. Seit unseren wiederholten Meldungen wird dieser Bereich nun in der Regel zweimal jährlich instand gesetzt. Wenn wir Ihren letzten Satz richtig verstehen, dürfen wir vielleicht hoffen, Sie eines Tages wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen? Das würde uns sehr freuen! 😊

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again! The highlight of the property was definitely the incredible pool and the breathtaking views. The sunsets each evening were truly unforgettable and made every night feel special.The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We didn’t spend much time inside since we were out exploring Sardinia, but the kitchen was well-equipped for anyone who wants to cook meals at home.Overall, this was a fantastic place for our family to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön in den Hügeln um Murta Maria und bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer vor Olbia und die ein- und auslaufenden Fähren. Die großzügige Terasse lädt sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum abendlichen chillen ein.Der Pool bietet absolute Privatsphäre und ist in der Größe sehr ansprechend. Auch für Kinder geeignet, die allerdings schwimmen können sollten.Die Inneneinrichtung im Haupthaus ist sehr ansprechend.Wir (4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) hatten im Oktober keine Probleme mit dem Wasser. Gelegentlich kommt es zu Stromschwankungen oder kurzen Ausfällen. Die Anfahrt ist auf den letzten 500 m abenteuerlich, aber landestypisch. Die Angaben in der Online-Beschreibung sind zutreffend, auch die Hinweise zu den relativ hohen Nebenkosten.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie die herrliche Aussicht, die großzügige Terrasse, die Privatsphäre am Pool und die Ausstattung des Haupthauses so geschätzt haben. Seit Ihrem Aufenthalt wurden zudem wichtige Verbesserungen vorgenommen. Im April 2026 haben wir unsere private Zufahrtsstraße vollständig erneuern und schön beleuchten lassen. Auch der etwa 125 Meter lange Abschnitt, der in die Zuständigkeit der Gemeinde fällt, wurde inzwischen repariert und stabilisiert. Seit unseren wiederholten Meldungen wird dieser Teil in der Regel zweimal jährlich instand gesetzt. Auch die Stromversorgung wurde inzwischen umfassend optimiert. Die Photovoltaikanlage, die Batteriespeicher und die gesamte technische Steuerung wurden überprüft und verbessert, sodass die Versorgung heute deutlich stabiler und zuverlässiger ist. Bezüglich der Nebenkosten möchten wir gerne ergänzen, dass diese lediglich einen Teil der tatsächlich anfallenden Kosten abdecken. Dazu gehören unter anderem die vollständige Innenreinigung beider Häuser, die Reinigung der Außenbereiche und von rund 100 m² Terrassen, die Wäscherei sowie die Reinigung des Grills. Diese Kosten werden bewusst separat und transparent in der Anzeige aufgeführt, damit unsere Gäste darauf keine zusätzlichen Plattformprovisionen zahlen müssen. Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihr Vertrauen und dafür, dass Sie unsere Unterkunft so treffend beschrieben haben.

toller Blick aufs Meer - auch aus dem Pool, wunderschöne Häuser, traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge, unkomplizierte check in, konnten sogar früher rein, das kleine Haus ist "auf der anderen Straßenseite" und ohne WLAN, die Zufahrt ist durch Regen ziemlich ausgewaschen und z.T. ein bisschen abenteuerlich

Als private Eigentümer, die ihr Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe pflegen und teilen, bedeutet uns Ihr Lob besonders viel. Danke auch für die Hinweise: Das kleine Haus liegt – wie beschrieben – auf der anderen Straßenseite, ca. 100 m vom Haupthaus; wir prüfen aktuell eine gute WLAN-Lösung auch dort. Nach starken Regenfällen kann in der Tat die Zufahrt vorübergehend in Mitleidenschaft geraten; ir versuchen, die Stadt davon zu überzeugen, die Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten mit unseren Steuern zu finanzieren! Andernfalls werden wir uns wie im Frühjahr mit den Nachbarn neu organisieren (aber das hat nicht lange gehalten). Sehr gern begrüßen wir Sie und Ihre Familie wieder in der Costa Smeralda!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'emplacement de la villa est top car située au calme et proche tout de même des différentes commodités et plages de la région. La vue est magnifique sur tout le golfe de Pittulongu et environs. L'intérieur de la villa est joliment décoré, et les équipements sont de qualité et fonctionnels. La cuisine est neuve et a été installée récemment. La piscine à débordement est bien finie, son emplacement est idéal au sein de la propriété. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été très bons, car ils expliquent parfaitement comment accéder à leur villa, le fonctionnement de celle-ci. Nous conseillons fortement !

Super schöne Villa mit Haus

Wir waren begeistert. Wir hatten die Villa mit dem kleinen Haus für zwei Wochen. Die beiden Häuser waren sehr gut ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die neue Küche mit dem Mitteltresen (Anrichte) war besonders schön. Des Weiteren waren die Terrassen sehr schön. Von hier hat man einen Überblick auf die ganze Bucht inklusive Sonnenuntergang und Panorama. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Infinity Pool - auch mit Blick auf die Bucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zum Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine wunderbar Zeit. Sehr viele Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Bonjour Laurent, Merci d’avoir pris le temps de laisser une appréciation positive sur votre séjour, et pour vos bons mots à propos de la villa et de notre accueil. Cela dit, je me dois de vous faire part de ma surprise — et de ma déception — concernant l’état dans lequel vous avez laissé les lieux, en particulier le volume important de déchets non triés (près d’un mètre cube), en contradiction avec les règles pourtant claires de la maison. Comment procédez-vous chez vous ? Cette négligence a occasionné un surcroît de travail pour l’équipe de nettoyage, un coût logistique réel, ainsi qu’un accueil dégradé pour les hôtes suivants — également français, qui n’ont pas manqué de le relever. Nous vous avions adressé une demande d’indemnisation raisonnable (300 €) au regard du préjudice causé, restée sans réponse à ce jour. Je reste persuadé qu’un malentendu peut être levé par un geste de responsabilité, aussi modeste soit-il. Ce serait à la fois juste, et respectueux de ceux qui œuvrent à maintenir un niveau de qualité que vous avez, d’ailleurs, reconnu. Trauminsel mit Traumhaus

Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem perfekten Haus. Es eignet sich super als Generationen Urlaub.Lage ist super für diverse Ausflüge um die Insel kennen zu lernen.Unser Nachbar war auch sehr freundlich.Die Sarden sind ein freundliches hilfsbereites Volk.vielen Danke Eric dass wir dieses Haus buchen konnten. Bis auf ein weiteres mal.Die Auffahrt zum Haus war ein bisschen schwierig, da die Strasse ausgeschwemmt war. Grüsse von Rita und Kurt + Familie mit Kinder

Es ist toll, dass Sie den intergenerationellen Charakter herausstellen, denn mit dem separaten kleinen Haus und dem Pool unterhalb in den Olivenbäumen kann sich jeder nach Lust und Laune und nach Zeitplan vergnügen, ohne den anderen zu stören. Entschuldigen Sie die überschwemmte Straße. Noch nie zuvor erlebt, aber es ist möglich, dass bei einer Ankunft am 26. Mai ein sehr starker Regenschauer Ihrer Ankunft um einen oder zwei Tage vorausgegangen ist! Auf ein Wiedersehen in der Zukunft, wer weiß?

Unieke locatie met prachtig uitzicht en veel privacy

Romantische accomodatie door ligging op de top van een berg met schitterende uitzicht over zee, het privé zwembad en prachtige zonsondergang. Het huis is erg ruim opgezet met fijne keuken en zitkamer en schoon. De buitengelegenheid is zeer comfortabel met prachtig zwembad, buitendouche, bbq en veel zitgelegenheden. Ideale bestemming voor koppels en families die veel waarde hechten aan privacy.

Pool und Aussicht als Highlights

Das Haus ist gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet, ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht. Der Pool mit den Liegen war für uns das absolute Highlight. Nach einem starken Gewitter hat der Gastgeber schnell reagiert und den Hausdienst aufgeboten. Leider haben wir uns im sehr schönen Aussenbereich durch die vielen jungen Nachbarskatzen gestört und eingeschränkt gefühlt. Da denken wir, müssten die Gastgeber eine Lösung finden.

Vielen Dank, Monika und Kurt, für diese schöne Bewertung. Es tut uns leid, dass wir mitbekommen haben, dass Sie allergisch auf Katzen reagieren und extrem ängstlich sind, sobald diese auftauchen. Wir hatten das Haus kurz vor Ihnen bewohnt, ohne sie wirklich zu sehen. 3-4 kommen manchmal vorbei, sehr scheu und in gebührendem Abstand bis auf 1 kleines, süßes, aufdringliches Tier, da es sicherlich von den vorherigen Mietern gefüttert wurde. Ich hoffe, Sie haben die Bemühungen mit unseren Freunden, sie "abzuwehren", zu schätzen gewusst. Alle Mieter haben "leider" diese kleinen Katzen geliebt. Ich komme gerade von dort zurück und habe vage die eine oder andere gesehen. Es handelt sich also wirklich nicht um ein belastendes Problem. Ich würde sogar sagen, überhaupt nicht. :-)

Très bon séjour

La maison correspond parfaitement à la description. L’accueil des propriétaires a été parfait et très gentil. La maison est parfaitement équipée et impeccable. La piscine et la terrasse avec vue sur la baie d’Olbia est très belle et de superbes plages sont accessibles entre 10 et 30 minutes. Restaurants, supermarchés, pharmacies sont à proximité de la maison. Excellent séjour !
