Charming little house in old west Trail. The city of Trail is located in the heart of west Kootenay in British Columbia. The house has a large fenced yard with private patio and BBQ area.

This house pre-dates central air, but we do offer fans and mobile AC units in the bedrooms.

There is a children's playground directly accross the street.

5 minutes to downtown Trail and the. Columbia River
50 minutes to Nelson,BC
25 minutes to Red Mountain ski area
20 minutes to Castlgar,BC
