Great property to stay in. Spacious, super clean, awesome beds, great location and plenty of provisions. Onsite parking and a very short drive to Mornington restaurants and beach. Highly recommended and will return.
Had a great stay. Went down with 3 friends for a 50th in mornington. We each had our own room and there were two toilets. Tea and coffee were there too. Great place. Thanks!
The property looks a little rough (but well kept) from the outside, however the inside is great! Fully renovated with four generous double bedrooms, good sized living area, new bathroom, all the mod cons including smart tv and internet. Reverse cycle aircon in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Fresh sheets, comfortable beds and plenty of towels provided. Plenty of kitchenwares and a good range of consumable products provided by the hosts (and/or previous guests). I would happily recommend this property to anyone staying short term in Mornington. A small downside is the host/agent/owner did an unexpected preapproval of 500 on my credit card when we left to cover any damage (there was none) and it took a week to be removed - perhaps it's detailed somewhere in the fine print. But I will say that the host always replied quickly to messages.
