Our group of eleven had a wonderful visit! Thank you for providing a clean, safe, comfortable home for our vacation! My only recommendation for future guests would be to provide fans in the bedrooms since there isn’t AC. We saw this ahead of time and traveled with our own fans so we’d be more comfortable at night or in the heat of the day, but if you’re not from the south and not used to having a fan you’ll definitely be fine! Lovely visit! Would stay again!
We had a great time and the accommodations were spectacular. Can't wait to revisit and will definitely try to stay at this property next time.Check in was super smooth and everything was as expected, neve needed to contact the host.
This place was perfect for our group of 10 (extended family group). Kitchen is well stocked with some pantry items. Plentiful linens and good bathroom spaces. Comfortable bedrooms and living spaces, as well as outdoor seating to enjoy. A moose did visit two mornings, so watch out the windows for him! We would definitely stay again if our travels bring us anywhere near this peaceful property.
This home was a great place for 2 families of 5 to stay together for a week. Lots of beds and places for everyone to hang out. The location is perfect for anyone wanting access to Jackson Hole resort for skiing. We also found it easy to get back to town for dinners and shopping. Everything worked as it should. We had a great stay!
The property suited the 9 of us very well. I personally had issues with the condition of the deck and deck furniture. Not clean, not inviting at all, plus the exterior walls there need some serious attention. At over 12K for a week, this eyesore was disappointing.
The property met the needs of our family of eight. The bedroom configuration worked great. There was plenty of seating for TV watching, reading and general lounging. The cleaning crew did a good job of preparing the home although neither the covered front porch nor the back deck had been swept for quite some time so a lot of dirt got tracked into the house. We like to sit outside so cleaned those areas ourselves. When we arrived all of us noticed a funky odor in the house. We opened many windows, but it took a long time for it to completely go away. It was the worst in the laundry room. It never went away there. We kept the door closed as much as possible. The home is an older home and could use some upgrades, especially the linens and pillows. Many of the surfaces are unfinished wood that have accumulated dust over the years and looks dirty. Several of the windows in the upstairs bedroom don’t have screens and don’t open. It was hard to cool the room at night even with the fan. (Which was also covered in dust.) Most of the pots, pans, knives etc. looked like they were original to the kitchen or came from a second hand store. Renting homes in Jackson is very expensive, this one is more reasonable but obviously the owners are not using any of the income for simple upgrades that vacation renters expect when paying over 1000.00 a night.
