About this property

Duck`n Hill Cottage & EV charge station

Built by eccentric artists in the 80`s this quaint little mudbrick sits in the heart of the Yarra Valley surrounded by wineries, stunning gardens and views.

Recently renovated for comfort with concrete flooring, new A/C, hot water system, renovated bathroom and numerous outdoor spaces.

The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, kettle & facilities, air fryer, toaster, egg steamer, utensils, bar fridge & microwave.

The perfect romantic getaway surrounded by nature.

The Cottage stands as a separate building in a set of 3 in a Mediterranean style around a central courtyard but as the house directly next door to you is vacant you have plenty of privacy in your cottage or outside in your private courtyard garden off the main courtyard.

Pat or feed the mini highland cows, sit with the ducklings & goslings in the nursery paddock & collect fresh eggs for your breakfast.

Guests are welcome to wander the gardens, use the communal firepit in the centre of the garden. Visit and feed the chickens or geese from a distance & use the BBQ in the main courtyard.
Please do not walk directly around the larger white mudbrick house or any of the other accommodations.

Guests can either have total privacy or visit the communal areas. We are always available by text or phone or pop over and say hi if you see us around the farm.
No Additional Guests without permission. No loud parties.
No Smoking indoors, smoking outside is fine as long as butts are not left in the garden.
Please respect the property & other guests around you.
