About this property
Hosts on the Coast Dinah & Una's Place
Dinah & Una’s Place is a wonderful family bach in Whangamatā — the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a classic Kiwi beach holiday. With three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an additional toilet upstairs, there’s plenty of room for everyone.
Downstairs, you’ll find a queen bedroom and the main bathroom. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a king bed and a single bed, along with a separate toilet and basin for added convenience.
The open-plan living areas are large, bright, and welcoming. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV, while air conditioning ensures the perfect temperature year-round. The dining table seats eight — ideal for family meals or a friendly game of cards after dinner. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, or you can fire up the BBQ and enjoy dinner on the patio. It’s the perfect place to unwind with a drink as the sun goes down.
Guests have access to a washing machine, and the fully fenced section provides a safe space for kids to play. Pets are welcome by request. There’s street parking available, plus space on the grass for a boat.
The location couldn’t be better — just a five-minute walk to the Surf Beach or a short stroll to the calmer estuary waters. After a day in the sun, rinse off under the outdoor shower before settling in for a relaxed evening.
For the perfect family getaway, head to Dinah & Una’s Place and start making lasting holiday memories with family and friends.
