Location is terrible, trains non stop. House is run down and the smell was awful. Not modern. Hidden fees for pets and misleading in terms of advertise as entire house but there was a basement suite. No one in basement suite but we don’t have laundry, gym, garage access. Host was responsive and patient with my questions.

It's mentioned on the listing that this property is conveniently close to the road and the whole house since you don't share any thing with the basement. There is a laundry machine in the unit downstairs, I wish you had asked. We have professional cleaning team who clean this property for us. So sorry you didn't enjoy your stay.

I was looking forward to my trip, but my stay was very uncomfortable. I thought the previous review was exaggerated but everything it said was true. The house had an awful smell. It was so severe that we had to keep the windows open and had to use air fresheners. It was very strong and it hurt our throats, even after leaving the property. When we arrived there was some amenities that were missing, such as toilet paper. The house was also a bit messy, with dirty carpet and unclean bathroom. Some amenities listed were not included such as desk and the tv roku apps were all locked with other accounts. When we were looking for towels we found a messy locker with bed sheets and rags that were damp. We traveled with children and the trains were very loud and kept us awake. If you are not used to highway noise or train horns, I would not recommend this property. The neighborhood was very sketchy and there were a lot of homeless people going around and checking the cars parked around us. The property might have potential, but it's more appropriate for adults traveling not families.

That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. I take your concerns very seriously. The issue you mentioned regarding the odor is particularly concerning, and we are already investigating this to identify and resolve the source immediately. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, so I sincerely apologize for the condition of the carpet, bathroom, and the linen storage you described. This is not our standard, and we are addressing it with our cleaning team to ensure it does not happen again. Regarding the toilet paper, I’d like to clarify that it was provided shortly after check-in once we were made aware, and we communicated this with you at the time. That said, I understand it should have been fully stocked prior to your arrival, and I apologize for that. Regarding the desk, I would like to clarify that it is located in the master bedroom. If there was any difficulty locating it, I apologize for any confusion and will work on making it clearer. I also regret the concerns about the Roku access, and we are reviewing this to ensure all guests can use the TV features as expected without restrictions. I understand how the surrounding noise and neighborhood environment could impact your comfort, especially with children. While these are factors outside of our control, we work to make it clearer on listx
