There were 8 of us for a family reunion and the house was perfect. Nice seating areas both in and outside. The hot tub was on and ready when we arrived! There was plenty of coffee there and the kitchen had incidentals stocked (salt and pepper etc) We walked along the river walk which was close by. Washer and dryer were great. It was a great house we all agreed! Thanks!

While I am not hosting, I love watching my kids play sports, socializing with friends and family as well as fitness and food!

Why they chose this property

This is a beautiful neighborhood with walking trails around the river, and green belt access as well as fishing ponds. It has beautiful trees and landscapes all year round to enjoy. It is close to shopping, but tucked away giving a very peaceful feeling. It isn’t far from downtown Boise, shopping, restaurants and much more.

What makes this property unique

Enjoying the fresh air while you star gaze in the hot tub or sit around a cozy fire. With plenty of amenities and space for friends.
