Originally from North Wales, I’m married with two kids and have called Canada home since 2007. I’m a teacher by day and a cozy-space creator by night! I love hosting on VRBO because I get to share our little piece of heaven—a true home away from home where you can relax, unwind, and settle in. We’re happy to welcome dogs too—because holidays are better when the whole family can come along.

We chose Dead Man's Flats because it’s the perfect sweet spot. Situated close to Canmore and Banff, Dead Man’s Flats gives you all the mountain magic—without the crowds. We fell in love with the peaceful setting, the big views, and the feeling of being close to everything while still feeling wonderfully away from it all. It’s quiet, cozy, and a little bit magical… which made it the perfect place to create a home-away-from-home (for humans and dogs).

Our condo isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s a cozy mountain escape where life slows down and comfort comes first. Tucked away in peaceful Dead Man’s Flats, it offers stunning Rocky Mountain views, crack-the-window fresh air, and a calm you won’t find in busier spots. Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully styled, home-away-from-home space made for lazy mornings, après-adventure evenings, and quality time together. It’s dog-friendly (because they deserve a holiday too), perfectly positioned close to Canmore and Banff, and filled with little touches that make guests say, “We wish we could stay longer.” A true little piece of heaven.
