As you walk in you will notice the water/channel view & living room that flows
thru to the dining & open concept kitchen with a glass door to your private
patio outside that has a BBQ grill & patio stairs overlooking a really cool
boat slip area. Yes, there is a very hard to find private boat slip for this
property suitable for a shallow sport or bay type boat – please inquire on max
size
One of the great things here is the all cement construction - more quiet
inside, plus this is a ground floor which means no stairs & no waiting on an
elevator – yet it still has a view!
From Las Marinas the public beach access is a “within reason” walk about 1.5
city blocks away making it relatively convenient for families to get to.
Three full bedrooms & bathrooms are to be expected along with higher 12 foot
ceilings throughout. The kitchen area is quite large.
While this complex is about 1.5 to 2 blocks to the beach it does have a truly
attractive swimming pool / deck area overlooking the channel & boat slips to
finish off your kiddos energy after a long day at the beach. Please note that
while the pool / patio area are gated, there is access to the boat slip areas
here
This space has a more private layout than most condos on the Island in terms
of the bedrooms that adults and / or families will enjoy
In the master bedroom you will find a king bed, flat screen smart TV, and
connected en suite full bathroom.
The second guest bedroom has a queen bed There is another small flat screen in
here for kiddos to watch at the end of the day. This bedroom is adjacent to
the full bathroom as well.
The third guest bedroom has twin sized bunk beds. We do provide a supplemental
airbed queen sized with a pump in one of the closets - please bring bedding if
you plan on using. There is not a pull out couch in this condo unfortunately
Two full bathrooms can be shared between these 2 guest bedrooms which is
really nice for getting ready.
The living room is quite large with comfortable seating & the couch is large
enough if you have a late night TV watcher that wants to stretch out & lie
down - with views of the water, patio & boat slip areas.- great to watch the
larger flat screen smart TV or play a family board game night for great
conversation & memories. This flows openly to the kitchen/dining area
The eat in granite counter is perfect to also get some work done on your
laptop (yes – wifi / internet free) plus ample additional dining table &
chairs. Speaking of the kitchen ours if fully equipped with all pots, pans
dishes – just bring your food to enjoy more convenient & affordable home
cooked meals.
There is a washer & dryer stackable (don’t know it has) that is nice to
freshen up during your stay or before you go home. While this condo is not
brand new nor fully remodeled it definitely has an upgraded feel – plus
professionally cleaned and has all tile floors plus comfortable furniture we
think you will enjoy. The overall square footage is about 1400.
This property is not brand new, yet the complex is said to be newer than
approximately 70% of complexes on the Island. We want to set the proper
expectations though it is all quite nice. Please note that it has been used as
a rental and there are some wall scuffs, etc nothing that makes it bad but it
is not newly remodeled nor flawless
We do have many other affordable off beach properties we manage very close to
here if you have other friends/family you want to join up with, but they (or
you ) want to have their own space. Simply ask us we would be happy to assist.

Las Marinas is walkable to Kellys Irish Pub (not even 1 block away) for great
drink specials or their infamous Rueben sandwiches plus their kitchen is open
until at least 11 pm; the new fine dining at the new channel front Captains
Cove (same Owners as Yummies & Viva) that is nearly next door.
If you take the street to Claytons or Bar Louie at the Courtyard by Marriott
it is much closer, say 2 city blocks away. Other walkable locations are Island
Market for provisions, Bali for Breakfast, Ben’s Liquor Store, Cigar Full
Service Bar, or the Coral Reef bar for nightly karaoke.
Nuts & Bolts:
• Please do note that this property is ground floor with patio access to lower
boat slip & therefore water area. Take care if smaller children. While we do
have a gas BBQ propane grill, we do not supply a tank for safety reasons,
please bring with you.
• We do have free parking space for two vehicles - property does not have
guest parking unfortunately & a golf cart is considered a vehicle
• We do not accept pets
• Max is 8 guests including infants & babies per HOA rules
• While we do have a bonus queen sized airbed & pump please bring extra
bedding if you plan on using. This property is NOT equipped with a sleeper
sofa though the couch is quite large if you do have a couch sleeper in your
party!
Fresh Towels & bed linens are provided, as well as a starter pack of soaps and
trash bags though it is not unlimited nor resupplied so please plan
accordingly. We do have coffee, filters, creamer, sweetener, tea, non stick
cooking spray and Salt/Pepper all in the condo too but not unlimited nor
restocked
For stays longer than 3 nights, you can exchange towels and linens for free at
our office, South Padre Trips, at 2600 Padre Blvd. We answer phones 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week a rare thing for a host

This condo is located on the main drag of Padre Blvd on the island. Our
property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600
Padre Blvd, open 9 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week if you need assistance.
Parking is free. Please note a golf cart is considered a vehicle and a max of
2 small vehicles. Guest parking is generally NOT available.
Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older and
present at check-in. If you are NOT 25 years of age you MUST contact us prior
to booking as there are additional damage/security deposit requirements if you
are not 25 for us to comply with property rules
We do offer off season discounts as well as active military, Vet, and tackle
football coach discounts. Inquire - we would be happy to assist and host you!
While we want you to have fun, this is not a party property and we do security
patrol this condo property at night , FYI.
Please note we require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID
after booking. This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island
Rental License. You may e-sign the rental agreement via E sign prior to
arrival to receive your door code. Please provide your email address and
attach a photo of your ID to verify your age.
An electronic door code is provided to enter the property via text message to
the cell phone number on file by 3 pm on day of check in. We do not provide
door codes earlier as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing
down maid service of course. If you need a somewhat earlier check in, contact
our office on day of check in around 1 pm and we can check for you.
Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 10 pm
to 9 am. No Smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions
Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m
Our short term City of South Padre Rental License can be provided upon
