Fresh and bright describes this charming 3 Bedroom home. Leave your cares at the door step, and enjoy our island breezes. Just a short walk to the beach this home has a large private pool. Overlooking the private pool there is a screened in porch which offers outdoor dining. Inside, the kitchen boasts gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Gather together for games or a meal around a spacious dining area or take it onto the screened in porch and enjoy the night air. Don't feel like heating up the kitchen? Use the outdoor grill instead! Additionally, there is a fun entertainment room to the right of the living room complete with a foosball table, large T.V. with a Daybed complete with a trundle underneath. The living room has a terrific sectional where all can gather and socialize and enjoy a large flat screen T.V. as well. This home is just a short 2 block walk to the beach access.

Amazing week!!

We visited the area to see my oldest son for a week. Grandparents joined us also. We had such a wonderful time. Plenty of room for everyone, spacious home, and the foosball table was a huge hit. The beach is a block away and we were able to walk and catch sunrises and sunsets. We were short on towels and the management company responded immediately and had housekeeping drop those off same day. We would definitely stay again.

Reviewer Comments: The house was described accurately, but it was not as clean as we would have liked, and was messy(including a bunch of stuff in the yard), and we had to call the management to fix a broken sink, and reset a towel rack which was not attached properly to the wall. The management was very prompt, and nice. One of the bedspreads had a spot on it, which made us think it had not been washed since the last guests. My husband had trouble with the TV The location was perfect for us, with just a short walk to the beach. Thank you.

Comfortable Cottage in Quiet Neighborhood

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week-long stay at dog-friendly 3405 Hartnett. The accommodation was as described, clean and comfortable. Only two steps to the front door, with the rear door leading to a large screened porch, with one step to the pool area. The pool was cleaned twice a week and IR came around to roll out trash and recycling bins on the pick-up days. Kitchen area large, two bedrooms quiet and comfortable. We slept with the windows open in early October and had a wonderful breeze. Only two blocks to beach access paths and about four blocks to community dog park. Would recommend a bit less furniture and a radio.

I would not have rented this house if I saw before hand.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay, but were very disappointed with the TV situation. We were there during the Masters and football season. There were supposed to be TVs in both bedrooms - only one had a TV. Neither TV had cable. An antenna was installed in the LR, but reception was terrible. I had to purchase ESPN+ to get a game. I understand this is a new rental, but the usual high standards of Island Realty were not adhered to. There was too much furniture in the house, one burner on the stove was difficult to turn off, we couldn’t lock the front door from the inside, and light switches worked sporadically.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, close to the beach, quiet area, nice coffee machines and kitchen well equipped, but house very disappointing. House and garden is in need of maintenance, experienced several maintenance issues which were addressed promptly by the property management company, but negatively impacted our holiday and caused inconvenience. Master bed mattress needs replacement. On the surface, the house appears clean but the house needs deep cleaning, inside and out, cabinets and drawers not so clean. Missing mattress and pillow protectors. Although the pool was clean and maintained, the garden was not. The grill has not been cleaned for quite some time and hornets infested the backyard making it impossible to enjoy time outside during the day.

Great Pool and Porch, but Needs some work

The home had a moldy smell, and signs of water damage underneath the home and soft floors in the hallways. Everything we had in the home for the week smells of mold.The walk to the beach is fine for adults, but wasn't ideal with small children. It's definitely longer than the “short 1 block” advertised in the listing and Palm Blvd has a lot of traffic that does not stop for people at the cross walk. The TVs don’t have any cable access, but are equipped with Roku's but you need your own login/passwords to watch anything.The home does has a washer and dryer, but you have to go outside to the garage to access, due to a locked "owners room". With some work it could be a great house.

Great Family Beach/Pool House

A short walk to the beach made for easy beach mornings and afternoons and evenings were spent enjoying the pool. The screened in porch was an added bonus. We fit comfortably with 2 couples and 2 children for sleeping. We prepared many of our meals there and found the kitchen to be well stocked with supplies. We were with a group that had rented many different properties and felt ours was the most functional for our family.

Nice With Easy Access to Beach

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 adult children. The house was very clean and updated. Pros: King or Queen beds for everyone, easy walk to beach (if you have someone who can’t easily walk a distance, you can drive up to the main road, park, then just walk the boardwalk to the beach), pool area is wonderful with lots of seating, kitchen well stocked with dishes/utensils, and both regular and Keurig coffee makers. Suggestions: Main bedroom has a beautiful but TINY bathroom (no counter space) and no outlets near the sides of bed for charging phones, medical equipment, etc., there were also no outlets near a mirror in main bedroom. Kitchen has no basic supplies (coffee filters, salt/pepper, etc), gas tank for fire pit was empty (husband took the one from the grill so we could warm up on a chilly night). For those who like a glance to see if they look ok before heading out, a full length mirror somewhere would be helpful. While the cons were there, we still very much enjoyed our time at this home and our time on the beach at Isle of Palm.

Beach Heaven

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Check in was a breeze, the property was spotless, pool was super warm, & management was easy to contact/quick to respond. The neighborhood was peaceful and family friendly. There was even a beautiful and super sweet cat that came by from time to time for scratches. We will definitely be back!

The decor is beautiful, everything was in good shape, and it was a short walk to the beach! My only recommendation for future renters would be to bring anything you need for the kitchen including coffee filters, salt/pepper, spices, cooking oil, etc because none of that was present or left over from other renters.

Nice but not great

The house itself and upon first glance was exactly as pictured and situated perfectly. Unfortunately one of our rooms had visibly dirty pillows, the extra blankets had stains on them as well and we weren’t able to use the pool during our stay. The pool was very dirty and after we called to ask to have it cleaned they sent someone to skim the top but not until the second day was someone able to come and find out that the pump was broken. He did fix it but by the time the pool cleared up it was our checkout day. We purposely booked this house for the pool and no one notified us at check in that the pool was not usable. Also, didn’t love that the house wasn’t ready until after 4 on our check in day and then have to be out by 10 on check out day. Just feel like you don’t have adequate time on those days.

Master bath was very tiny and the door wouldn't stay open. Pool only got cleaned once a week but the neighbors trees filled the pool with leaves and debris. Freezer wouldn't open and maintenance told us it needed 24 hours to defrost but gave us no options so did without ice and freezer all week.
