About this property

About the host

Host profile image
We recently purchased the home for future retirement. We have been enjoying putting our stamp on it and look forward to continuing to do so. The location and experience on Goat is like no other and we are happy to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

Goat Island is a location that is close to everything that Charleston and surrounding areas have to offer but once you get there you feel like you are a million miles away. Your worries fall away on the ride down the Inter Coastal Waterway as you pass under pelicans and sight dolphins.

What makes this property unique

Goat Island and its community is one of the most unique places in SC and is loved by all of the homeowners that we have met. You are an island that you can only get to by boat but are a short ride away from IOP, Mount Pleasant, and downtown Charleston.
