This completely remodeled home is located on beautiful Torch Lake, on the south end, directly across from the sand bar which is ranked the third most beautiful lake in the world by National Geographic, and is centrally located amidst several charming towns and tourist destinations.
This home offers an open floor plan with views of Torch Lake that can be enjoyed from the kitchen, living & dining rooms, as well as the primary suite (king bed), second bedroom (king bed), and third bedroom (2 full beds).
Whether you're cooking in the spacious kitchen, snuggled up with a good book in front of the fireplace, or just sitting on the dock with your toes in the water, you will feel right at home during your stay, as no detail has been left out in creating this cozy get away. Enjoy the outdoor shower/changing room after a day on the water/beach.

Sit around the campfire or visit nearby towns including Alden, Central Lake, Bellaire and Elk Rapids for shopping and dining, or take a short drive to Traverse City to enjoy great dining options, the Traverse City Film Festival, the National Cherry Festival, or enjoy the great views from both East and West Bay. This rental location offers great day trips to local wineries, brew pubs, distilleries, & local casinos.

TRAILERS/BOATS/RENTALS:
Any trailers/boats/rentals should be approved prior to bringing them or delivery to the property to make sure they are secured properly and to go over instructions for deliveries. Dock is not to be used to secure any watercraft and jet skies should not come to shore.

PARKING/STORAGE OF BOATS/TRAILERS/RENTALS:
Parking of any boat, trailer, camper, RV or any other water device cannot be parked on property. Luhrs Landing (231-645-6522) is available for a small daily fee. No parking on the grass or on the side of the driveway as this is not the owner's property) or in front of the house along the road. If it needs to be relocated for any reason you will be responsible for any fee that incurs.

No parties & gatherings should be limited to 8 people total unless you have prior approval from property manager.

Property sleeps 6 and should not exceed 6 guest overnight at anytime. Unapproved overnight guest will be charged $500.00 per person, per night.

For insurance purposes we require the names and ages of guest staying, along with a separate rental agreement that covers owners should extra charges occur due to not following the house rules. Renters will be responsible for these charges and can pay via check or online payment service.

Security cameras installed in non-community areas. (Garage facing driveway and easement side of property). All others are covered for your privacy.

Trash pick up is Friday morning. Cans should be placed out by mailbox the night before, if you fail to put trash out and our cleaning staff has to haul it away you will be charged a 50.00 disposal fee. This includes any un-bagged trash left at checkout.

If cleaning crew exceeds the standard amount of time allotted for cleaning rental after your check out you will be charged for the additional time. So please take care of rental as you would your own home and follow check out instructions in guest handbook.
Please note that we don’t have the electrical capability to plug on an electric car or trailer/RV. It will trip the breaker.
