Why they chose this property
Sophia Street is so close to town. We love the easy access to Whakarewarewa Village, Waipā Park, Waiāriki Spa and The Redwood Forest. Our beloved lakes are only a 20min drive away, and the best bakery is just around the corner. The property is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect location for relaxation.
What makes this property unique
I think it is unique because it is warm and nostalgic, private and low maintenance. It looks small but the rooms are surprisingly spacious and the enclosed backyard is perfect for a family get together. Mountain Bike access to the backyard it easy, for storage and maintenance.
