Stay in Rotorua

Property was ideal for two families, with the seperate bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. Great location and hosts great to deal with. Would stay here again.

Great location

Good location for The Redwoods and easy into town. Has everything you need and plenty of room. Just a couple of things that are needed is a few more mirrors as only have one in the bathrooms which is a pain when everyone wants to get ready to go out etc. The other thing is that the cleaners need a bit of a tune up as their cleaning isn’t great. The dishwasher stunk and when we finally got it going the plates, cups and cutlery were still yuck as the drain was gross. Went to use the dryer and wondered why it wasn’t drying then found the water tray over flowing. Duvet covers needed washing too. Sad because other than those things the place is great. I would stay there again if I new the problems were fixed.

Has everything you need

The size of the property was great, allowing everyone to have their own space if they wanted it. The layout of the kitchen + lounge open plan area is also done well for socialising. The property manager was very responsive when we had a question about the dishwasher. I'd definitely stay here again, we had a great time! Location is really convenient too.

Treewalk townhouse stay

The apartment suited out needs as an extended family very well in general. There were some small things that we noted which should be fixed/improved considering the price of hiring, e.g. the water filter next to the sink was not fixed and moved around so that water went onto the bench instead of into the sink if you were not careful, the rubbish bin in the kitchen kept falling out of the holder, the living room floor was quite sticky/dirty, the lounge furniture was stained and has obviously seen better days and there seemed to be a problem with the dishwasher overheating. I just thought that you should know about these things in case no-one else has pointed them out. Other than that, it was quite ok. The space and location was excellent.

A nice setup for 2 families

We had a lovely 4 nights here. We came to go mountain biking and the house was set up perfectly to store our bikes safely overnight and the spa was waiting to ease tired bodies when we got back for the night. What prevented me from scoring it 5/5 was the badly needed maintenance, light bulbs either not working or very dull, 1 queen bed that needs to be replaced (very uncomfortable and lumpy) a door handle downstairs that kept falling off and the upstairs shower door badly in need of cleaning, we would definately stay again despite this.

Lovely Family Stay

Absolutely loved our accomodation, spacious, modern, warm, lovely linen, fully equipped kitchen and close to amenities. Comfy beds. Nice showers although upstairs shower floor got quite slippery. Close to neighbours so not much parking space (only allowed 2 cars parked outside the unit). The spa filter needs to be replaced. The spa water was very dirty with black and brown soot/grime floating around. We cleaned the filter as good as we could but it needs to be changed. Otherwise, loved our stay, we hope to be back. Thank you for having us!!

Place was nice and handy for the reason we were there

The place could do with a deep clean, not that it was dirty but cob webs were all over mostly on the roof and hall way, which meant spiders. The manager was lovely and helpful and even come over within minutes because we had trouble opening the door. Before each person stays over I think checking under the chairs and vacuuming would help as we found rubbish balloons chocolate down and under the chairs from the previous people who stayed. Chocolate smudged on the walls and the aircon up stairs didn't work which was a killer because it was super hot but we didn't open the windows because we were eaten by the mosquitoes the first night we stayed. Over all abit of TLC with the place and it would be the perfect stay.

Great location, very central to alot of attractions

We raised a couple of problems with the property managers, they were super quick to respond and came the same day to sort them out. The house is well laid out, with a bonus of what we called the kids lounge downstairs. Overall, recommended and would stay again

Family Road Trip-Ideal base for the lakes

Short stay

The property itself was exactly what we wanted, big enough to fit 8 people with ease. It was clean and tidy, well equipped. Close to all that was required. Fantastic. Cannot express how pleased we were with our stay from that point. Some of the neighbours are a downside, others are very welcoming and friendly.

Great accommodation & location to Redwood Forrest

We took our family from South Africa & Australia to Rotorua and had a fantastic time. Weather was fabulous, had some awesome experiences & adventures loved the Blue Lake & Redwood Forrest - kids thoroughly enjoyed the Luge & Treetop walks. The spa at the house was a real treat. Thanks for an awesome stay.

The right place to stay

The property was idea for our needs. With grandchildren we had two areas where the grandkids could do their thing and watch the movies they wanted and my husband and I could do the same. Perfect😊

Catch ups

Was great location with plenty to do close by. I had read the previous reviews just before staying and agree door to spa from bunk room could do with a key for peace of mind. Did have a couple of issues with wifi not connecting. Overall would recommend and stay again.
