Summary:
Welcome to Redwoods Haven, a stylishly renovated property providing a light and bright, very social feel for you to bring your family and friends to relax and catch up with each other, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Stroll across the road to take a walk or ride in the Redwoods Forest. Outside, you will find a private entertaining area off the dining room where you can enjoy a meal, cook a BBQ, soak in the spa or throw a ball around on the lawn. Lots of parking and storage in the garage for bikes.

The Space:
Master Bedroom: King Bed
Bedroom Two: 2 x Sets of Bunks (4 x single beds)
Bedroom Three: Queen Bed

There is a futon in the living area which can be used for a 9th guest if required. Please let us know if you will be using it so we can leave out enough linen for you.

Pet Friendly (Charges Apply)

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the whole house. The owners do leave a vehicle in one side of the garage for their use when staying at the property.

Redwoods Haven is situated in Lynmore which is a fantastic leafy residential suburb on the edge of the Redwoods Forest. You'll be just 5 mins drive to the CBD, 5 mins drive to the Blue Lake and just 1 min walk to the Redwoods Forest.

Getting Around:
Public transport is easily available with a bus stop just round the corner and taxis easy to get from the property.

Lovely place and super close to the forest

It's been a lovely experience overall. The only thing regarding the cleanness was that perhaps the previous tenants didn't tidy up properly. We found coffee ground in the coffee machine. A few cutting knives had residue on them, and so did some cutlery. Other than that, everything has been great.

Warm and great area

Lovely home 2ith everything we needed. Great to be able to take our dog with us. Short stroll or drive to the Red Woods and very spacious.

New year holiday

Very close to redwoods, nice comfortable house overall. Air con good in the hot weather. Some basic amenities like a salad bowl and water pitcher would have been good .

Dog Friendly Mt Biking Weekend

We loved our stay here, super close to Redwoods for MTB & super stoked we could bring our dog. Everthing we needed, comfy beds, clean house, even a spa to relax in before a family Netflix movie. Thanks so much ☺️

Welcoming home

Arrived to a hot spa and a warm house. Plenty of living space. A few minutes to the Redwoods Forest park walks and Mountain Biking. Secure garage.

Clean and warm

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean which is always a bonus, and also very warm which was great as it was very cold outside! A few items could do with updating/replacing, such as broken chairs, bath plug, and bathroom paint. Overall it was a great home and super cosy and comfortable.

Comfortable bach in a fantastic location

A comfortable bach, conveniently located across the main road from the bike tracks in the forest. Spa pool was great as was the access to the garage for our bikes. The beds were good and everyone had plenty of room. Thanks for the awesome stay.

Great Location and lovely welcoming home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. All the amenities was very easy to use. Everything was very clean neat and tidy on our arrival. The spa and the bbq was very much enjoyed! Hope to stay here again at a later date! Definitely recommend.

Location was good - the house was a little tired and old but otherwise good

house is a little old and bathroom needs a bit of upgrade. there are not very many dishes in the kitchen which was tricky with a family group - location is good and service and comms very good - thank you for responding re the gas issue so quickly

Great comfy spot!

Arrived Friday night, pouring with rain and Rotorua cold. Lights and heating on - WONDERFUL! This bookabach was practical and welcomed our black lab.the spa was clean and set to a comfortable temp. The heat pump compressor is extremely faulty, not efficient, requires servicing, we were dependent on the wall and fin heaters. Oodles of fresh clean linen, fab washing machine (same as mine at home) and even Laundry powder to deal with the mountain biking washing. This is a great place for a family and the yard is secure if you have a pooch. Very pleasant 2 night stay thank you.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a spacious and tidy place, the location was amazing (just across from Redwood Forest and close to Blue Lakes), and communication was great. We locked ourselves out of the house and someone arrived 10 minutes later to help us. Great service.

Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time, the house is in the perfect spot, close to town but just over the road from Whakerewarewa Forest. It was winter time but the place was cosy and warm. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the kids loved the spa pool. Would definitely stay again!!

Great House Right next to the Redwoods

Great property that has everything you need to enjoy a family, friends and dog get away in the Redwoods. The spa was great at the end of a hard days riding the trails and the dog got so many walks in the Redwoods he thought it was great. Great internet to keep the kids amused (and quiet) as they recover from the riding. Comfortable beds. What more can I say. We'll be back!

Ready for Redwoods

A lovely clean tidy home. So close to the Redwoods where our sporting event was. The spa pool a bonus for sore muscles! We had everything we needed in the house. Although we couldn't get normal tv, we were happy watching YouTube etc. The tv was so clear. Would definitely love to stay again. Thankyou.
