- One modern bathroom, with essentials including a hairdryer.

- Open-plan kitchen and living/dining area: a dining table with four chairs, split-system air-conditioning (control panel on the wall), and full kitchen amenities: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, cutlery, utensils, glasses, plates and bowls.

- Smart TV with local channels.

- Laundry tucked away in the hallway closet: washing machine + dryer — so you’re covered for longer stays too.

- Self check-in: easy key collection via a nearby store for added convenience.



The apartment is brand new and part of a luxurious, recently completed building (some parts of the overall complex are still under final finishing).

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.



Other Things to Note:

No parking included with the apartment — if you have a car, you may need to use nearby public garages.



Although the apartment is finished and ready for guests, the building complex still has some parts under construction or final fit-out including pool and gym - you may notice some ongoing activity in shared areas.



Please treat the space with care; being brand new, we ask guests to respect the appliances and finishes.



** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
