The location was great to the PCMR, but we had a few concerns around the house. First, there were bugs in the bedroom and bathroom of the room overlooking the golf course. Second, there is no vent in that same room so it was really cold in there at all times. We had to request space heaters and only 1 of the 2 that were brought worked properly. Third, the key to the ski closet was not in the lockbox and had to be requested. Finally, the hot water heater had to be requested to be turned up in order to have enough hot water for our group. The first night, only 2 people had warm water while the others had cold showers. One other note is to include more towels for a 5 day stay versus only providing two washcloths and bath towels.

The place was beautiful. The art, decor, and the best sheets I've ever had in my life. The location was great, we could walk to the ski resort, gear rental, groceries. The appliances are very high end - but also confusing.My crew wasn't familiar with an induction stove (2 all-clad pans did not work and should be removed, we were perplexed trying to figure that out). Tons of light switches with many buttons - if they labeled the switches it would be perfect.The issue we had was check in. We didn't get the instructions, arrived at night in the dark and spent about an hour on the phone with VRBO. They finally were able to get a local property manager to come by (I thought I had a scam listing and we were looking up hotels during this time). But they were getting better instructions for future rentals, so I'm certain that will be seamless for others.All in all, it was the nicest place we've stayed. Very comfortable and I would not hesitate to return.
