It is a modern renovation of a 1920s miner's cottage. While the home maintains its vintage charm (rustic + chic + your grandpa's country club), it offers many modern comforts and amenities, including complimentary e-bikes, hot tub, arcade games & private 30x60 pickle ball court
The Scene
Pull up to a beautifully restored cottage. Trailers/ATVs are welcome with adequate off-street parking. Hang your skis or adventure gear inside the rustic garage and, while you’re there, check out the e-bikes that await.
Stroll to the secluded backyard and covered entertainment porch. Afterall, this is your evening spot to enjoy an outdoor dining experience and a dip in the Hot Tub. The backyard includes a BRAND NEW, full-sized Pickle ball Court!

Step inside to a fully-renovated, beautifully furnished living space. Inside you’ll find a living room, fully-furnished kitchen, laundry, dining area, full bath, and 2 bedrooms (twin bunks and double). French doors lead from the double room directly onto the back porch/hot tub area.
Head upstairs to an open living plan with full bath, King bed, lounging area and sleeping nook.
All rooms have closet space and window coverings.
