## Space

This 47 SQM apartment is ideal for a Parisian stay of 4 persons.

It is located on the 1st floor with elevator.

It in in a very secured building.

The apartment is made of a living room with kitchen (fully equipped). The sofa bed can accommodate 2 people and one queen size in the bedroom.

The bathroom is en suite. The toilet is independent.

Pets are not allowed.

It has views on the road.

This apartment is rentable for at least one month (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year.

For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be:

- In vocational training

- Professional change

- Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)

- In graduate studies

- In apprenticeship contract

- Internship

- In voluntary engagement as part of a civic service.

## Access

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection, television and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request).

All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!

A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.

## Interaction

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival. During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings. After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or Whatsapp. In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

## Neighborhood

This area also known as the " Les Grands Boulevards" is great for all ages, with lots of cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and disco. There is even an arcade 'La tête dans les nuages' nearby suitable for kids. The Grevin Museum is located 1 minute away by foot from the apartment.
For fashion addicts, the perfect apartment is very close to the Galeries Lafayette and many other shops.
For sightseeing, it is accessible via metro Richelieu-Drouot and within walking distance to the Opéra Garnier, Place Vendome, Concorde and the Tuileries Garden, Louvre Museum, Palais Royal, Musée de l'Orangerie, Montmartre Sacré Coeur, ...

## Transportation

This apartment is close to metro stops:
- Richelieu-Drouot ( metro line 8 and 9 )
- Bourse ( metro line 3 )
- Le Peletier ( metro line 7 )
- Auber ( RER A )

You can also enjoy the view by taking thoses buses number 20, 32, 39, 45, 74, 85, N11, N15, N16 and N24.

You have 2 mins all the services of taxis 24h / 24h (Uber, G7, taxis, etc).

You can even explore the city by bicycle ( VELIB ) as there is a station located one minute away by foot from the apartment.

## Notes

Standard check-in time is after 3:00PM.

A passport or ID is required upon arrival.

We hear the noise of the metro in the apartment. Not recommended for light sleepers.

In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in.
