House was comfy, just very warm. A/C was not working and we were there during 90* days. Being a weekend we were stuck, they were great about compensation but nights were hard to sleep. Beds have heavy comforters...I would switch to lighter quilts for summer months. Yard was roomy but not fully fenced. A gate on the backside of the deck would be handy for pets or little ones. Location was great for our purpose. Beautiful area...loved the rivers, lakes...good food.
