This property was exactly described and perfect for our long weekend in the Flathead Valley. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and easy to check in/check out. The host was extremely responsive. Our dog appreciated the house and the large backyard. We would stay here again.
We were from out of town and it was refreshing to have this wonderful place to stay. Communication was fast, description was exactly as posted, and it was perfectly clean!
If we ever come back to Montana, we would absolutely book here again!
Very nice interior with all new appliances and furniture. All the amenities we were looking for plus a quiet and peaceful location with views of mountains from front porch
Andi has done a wonderful job making her home yours. Great location, beautiful mountain views and resident deer herd. The internet is a little spotty but you’re in the mountains so that can’t be helped. Would stay again and again.
We loved your home! So cozy and beautiful surroundings! Two buck in the backyard last night! Perfect location to town and a short drive to West Glacier! Thanks for sharing with us!
Very nice property! We enjoyed our daily visits from the deer. It was clean & had everything we needed & more! You will need to get bottled water as the main water has a smell. The refrigerator water was good though! Would stay here again - hosts were lovely!
What a great home!! Had everything we needed. Very clean. Open living area with cozy fireplace was great. Beds we’re very comfortable.
Very close to town. All around wonderful home and great stay. Andi’s communication was excellent. Will definitely book again.
Very clean and cute! Quiet location and private. Nice home. Only thing was the mineral water but we brought bottled water for coffee and drinking water.
We had a fantastic stay in this warm and welcoming home. It was very clean, well appointed, newly renovated, and everything was in good working condition and well thought out. Location was convenient to town but far enough away to enjoy the solitude, mountain views and country feel. We had our pup so finding dog friendly dining was important, would highly recommend Piggyback BBQ and Bonsai Brewing. We’ll definitely be back for another visit!
This home is the perfect spot. Just minutes from the highway, you would never know it once you're there. There are great views of the mountains and a large yard, with plenty of breathing room. The home is cozy in all the right ways. The recent remodel is well done so the home is both modern and timeless. The host was great! Responsive to messages and took care of snow on the property for us.
New, clean, so well stocked. New appliances, great kitchen, grill. Nice beds, sofas, and fun hot tub! I will look for this place next time I come to town.
Well water in the west sometimes has an odor- totally fine for washing, cooking, and coffee. Guests may want bottled for drinking.
Thanks!!

Last minute
1. Slow response to text. Asked early check in 3 hours later said yes.
2. The Beds. Not comphy and definitely not KING which is advertised
3. For last minute rental it was just ok.
4. It was really hot sleeping that one window unit is not enough - when it’s over 90* outside
5. Rent again probably not
Andi was a wonderful host, the house was stunning and well appointed, and the area is quiet but still close to all the things you could want to do and see in whitefish, kalispell and glacier!
This home was like a home away from home! Very cozy, comfortable furniture and had everything we needed for our stay. It was close enough to town but it’s in the country with great mountain views and incredible sunsets we enjoyed from the hot tub out back. I recommend staying here, for us it was the perfect place.
The house is on the out skirts of town, secluded, quiet. The owner was very good at responding to questions and checking in and out. The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable and having two full bathes was great so we could all get ready for our days of adventures. After hiking all day the hot tub hit the spot. Last day we made smores on the firepit. The bbq grill and open kitchen allowed us to make home cooked meals and save money by not eating out. Nice washer and dryer available on site. Every day we saw wildlife and had views of the mountain. This is a great find.

About the host
Hosted by Andrea Silliker
We are 55 year old empty nesters who recently purchased this home for a VRBO. My husband was born and raised here and was a fourth generation engineer for BNSF. I worked at our local elementary school while raising our three children. My husband retired 10 years ago and we began our journey in long term rentals. This home came up for sale and we decided to try our hand at VRBO. We worked extremely hard to make this home a special place for visitors. The kind of place you would look forward to coming back to. If we haven’t thought of something necessary for a relaxing stay don’t hesitate to let us know, we’d be happy accommodate you. Thanks for looking. Andi
Why they chose this property
We have lived down the road from this home for almost 30 years. We raised our 3 children here Connor, Brooke, and Sawyer. We love the outdoors and being good stewards of the land. We are very fortunate to have a great neighborhood with an abundance of hayfields between us full of wildlife including deer, fox, pheasants, geese, and yes the occasional bear among other critters.
What makes this property unique
Very private country feel with large green space for outdoor entertainment or family gatherings.
