This listing is for Unit #3 - there are 4 total dwellings over the 10 acres.
Each dwelling has been strategically placed for maximum privacy and panoramic views.
Please note that there may be other guests present during your stay; however no spaces interior or exterior are shared or close in proximity.

PARKING
- 2 cars max are allowed at each treehouse.
- Designated parking spaces are provided next to each unit.

A/C
- We do not offer AC during the winter months (October through April) given the colder temps.
- Summer months (June- September) AC is available

*****WINTER GUESTS******
- Please consider only driving an All Wheel or 4 Wheel Drive vehicle for the Winter duration.
- Our private road, driveway and main road to reach the property are regularly plowed and maintained during the winter season, however some snow and ice will remain after clearing.

ELOPMENTS / EVENTS
- Note that we ONLY allow elopements/events of any such; with the requirement of booking all 4 units.
- This is to avoid any disturbances of other guests.
- You must inquire for elopements/events for more details.

HOUSE RULES
- MAX 4 overnight guests
- MAX 6 guests total on site
- MAX 2 cars
- NO open fires of any sort
- NO smoking inside
- NO trash of any sort is to be left outside the home

PETS
- 1 pet max
- $75 pet fee
- Pet must stay leashed on the property when guests are occupying the other units
