Hello- I'd like to address your complaints about our home as we take constructive criticism very seriously. Unfortunately, I feel your complaints are unjust. Pots & Pans issue: Our home is set up for 8 guests and you were scheduled to have 5 adults, which to us is not a large group. Our home is stocked with a full set of very nice Caraway Ceramic cookware featuring a sauce pan, 8" fry pan, 10.5" fry pan, dutch oven and saute' pan in our pantry and additional larger fry pans and a large stockpot in the cupboard next to the stovetop. We have hosted many groups of 8 for a week without issue. Additionally, we had been communicating throughout your stay and it certainly would've been easy for you to reach out to me to see if we had more of your kitchen needs. We have other homes on the property with all kinds of pots and pans that we would've gladly allowed you to use. Dust issue: When you visit our property you are literally across the river from a national forest. You are submerged in nature. We have a wonderful cleaning service that takes their job very seriously. They clean for the best resort homes in the area. I honestly don't even know how to address the fluffy pillow and fur swatch dust. The fur throws and the fluffy pillows are decorative and not utilized to sleep on or even lay on so I don't know how to address dust in the decorative pillows and fur accent throws. Our large sliding glass doors to our deck are often left open to let the fresh air in by our guests as they sit out and enjoy the fire table. Perhaps you and/or the other guests have outdoor allergies? Pillow issue: We offer several pillow options in each of the four bedrooms. We have 4 very comfortable pillows of varying degrees of softness on each bed and additional pillows in every bedroom closet. My cleaning service did reach out to me with photographs that you had left our home in disarray and unnecessarily opened packaged pillow sets that we had on hand as extras in case we needed backup; sometimes things get spilled on. So out of nearly 25 pillows, I'm sorry that not one was good enough for you. We do not advertise our property as having down or synthetic pillows. We just simply have a variety for our guests to choose their comfort. It was quite ironic to me to receive such a complaint as our guests usually compliment how much they love our pillows and the guest prior to you reached out to me to ask where we purchased our pillows as she had never slept so well. I'm so sorry your stay was a disappointment. Perhaps next time you visit glacier you could find a better place. We are sorry you were dissatisfied. Please note I gave you a 5 star review as a guest. I know that people are enjoying their vacation and not always on their best behavior.
