Walk to the train (450m) Albion’s buzzing dining/ bar/ cafe precinct (650m), Windsor Bowls Club (100m) and a 24/7 convenience store.
Five bedrooms, wraparound verandah with wide open space and outdoor entertaining.
Easy access to the CLEM7 and Inner-City Bypass. Perfect for families, groups, professionals, or weekend escapes. This is the best stay in Brisbane, with a deck, park and city view to match. Also, at the other end of the park is a bike track to the city and its gardens. So much to love!

Just a quick note to make our cleaning easier and cheaper is that all bedrooms will be unlocked dependent on guest numbers.

Why they chose this property
I love this area, I grew up locally and its my dream to be able to come back one day, This is the deck i see myself on in my old age. Its a modern world, so who would have thought by hosting i can help myself get there one day.
Everything is close by and convenient, there are amazing breezes, wide open spaces and such easy transport to the city and beyond. Albion itself is about to get a major glow up- something Ive been hoping for all my life! Thw restaurants and pubs here are great. Some of the best food in Brisbane, and you can walk home!
The local bowls club is a local favourite. No bells and whistles here, just good people, great food, cheap prices and friendly feels. The bike track to the city is a fabulous ride and the train to the night life in the valley is just three stops away.

What makes this property unique
This veranda has no neighbours in that side, so it feels like you can breathe and just watch the sky and people in the park. It faces the right way, so the pesky afternoon sun sets on the other side of the house, allowing for great afternoon and evening time outside. Its just magic. Not much you wont love about this. This deck is alone more than 50% of the reason i wanted the house.
5 bedrooms is also pretty amazing. So much space for everyone, and nicely sread out, so you don't feel on top of each other. I also love the characteristics of the old style Queenslander, I'm a Brisbane girl, so this just screams beauty to me.
