Our property is professionally cleaned before every check-in, and we did not receive any concerns from you about cleanliness during your stay. Had any of the issues you mentioned been brought to our attention, we would have addressed them immediately. The listing accurately describes the accommodation and clearly shows that it is a basement suite. The amenities provided are also listed in advance, allowing guests to make an informed decision before booking. The nightly rate reflects market pricing for the area and season, and guests agree to the total price before confirming their reservation. Regarding the kitchen, the home is equipped with the essentials advertised in the listing. We continually review guest feedback and will certainly consider adding additional items where appropriate. Throughout your stay, we remained responsive and accommodating, including addressing your concerns promptly. Unfortunately, many of the issues raised in this review were never reported while you were at the property, leaving us no opportunity to resolve them.
