Wonderful!

We loved our stay in this wonderful, spacious condo! The condo was clean and comfortable with a large balcony overlooking the ocean that was perfect for enjoying lunch, lazy afternoons and watching beautiful sunsets! The comfy living room had a huge television with lots of channels, the kitchen and laundry room were well equipped and the beds were comfortable! And the location was perfect! Right on the beach with easy access to restaurants and shops! The condo owner, Erica, was immediately responsive to any questions! We have already reserved for next year and can’t wait to come back!!

Ocean Sands is a wonderful,clean,great pool,great hottub. The condo is underwhelming,dishwasher smelled(didn't use)Freezer and fridge had bad odor,garbage disposal did not work,fan in guest room broke,blankets were shoved in closets and dirty (I spent whole day doing nothing but laundry),furniture very old,sofa bed unuseable,cleaning was not good,lots of sticky mess under sofa,master bathroom not in good shape,cracked ceiling,leaking toilet,tub bad,put area rug in closet until we left it was disgusting,vacuum was so full we changed bag,but still would not clean!! Nice roomy balcony,nice draperies

Spacious condo with magnificent views and sunsets.

Love this unit--very clean, comfortable and well equipped -just like the photos. Great to have keyless entry and to have restaurants and shops nearby. No need to drive! Ocean Sands large pool and spa open until 11pm. Amazing views of the Gulf from the enormous balcony - spotted two dolphins yesterday, really close to the beach. Just a wonderful vacation. Hope to be back next year.

Five star condo with a beautiful view

This condo, situated right on the beach, was perfect for our vacation. There are panoramic views of the Gulf from the spacious balcony – we enjoyed many gorgeous sunsets there, listening to the lapping of the waves. It is well equipped and tastefully furnished. The photos are a good representation of the quality of the condo. Everything about the place was comfortable and clean. There was good internet throughout. The large living room TV offered a huge channel selection. Ocean Sands is only a few minutes walks from restaurants and shops- we hardly used the car. We hired bicycles to go along the beach and Pinellas Trail. Another plus was that the warm pool and spa were open until 10pm. The condo was clean and obviously well cared for. iTrip responded promptly to texts when we had one small issue and were friendly and helpful. During our stay only one elevator was working, renovation of the second due for completion in March 2026, but the condo is only 2 floors above the garage so we could use the stairway at busy times. I strongly recommend this condo. We hope to return in the very near future.
