The condo is absolutely beautiful. We loved the views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The condo has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and accommodated all of our requests in a timely and professional manner. There were no blinds or curtains in the bedroom when we arrived but the owner installed blackout curtains for us when we requested. It really made a huge difference and helped us sleep at night.We have stayed at Parrot Cove properties several times in the past and always enjoyed our time there. The building itself is noticeably getting older and needs maintenance and we hope they continue to invest and keep this property in a decent shape. If I had to complain about one thing, there was construction being done in the unit above over the course of our stay that caused a lot of noice making it difficult to tolerate. I know it wasn’t a fault of the owners of this condo, it was one unfortunate thing that occurred during our stay.
