This Cozy new basement suite is located in one of the best residential neighbourhoods in Saskatoon, boasts great serenity, play parks and two minutes away from the grocery store, gym, pubs and other amenities (Costco, McDonald's, H&M) open to the public.
The space
Business or pleasure, we believe in providing a comfortable Airbnb experience. 24/7 assistance.
A two bedroom with queen beds, pillows, freshly cleaned duvet and sheets, and a workstation to cater for remote work. A great living room with a standard couch, 60" TV and a high speed WiFi. The Kitchen is fully stocked with basic things you would need, Large fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher.
PARKING
Upon arrival, the right side of the driveway is available for parking and you also have free street parking. Block heating is free for temperatures below -15^C
ENTRANCE:
To the right side of the house is a paved walkway leading to the private entrance. You will receive a unique door code which will work for the duration of your stay. Guests are required to lock the door after entering and departing the property.
INTERNET/WIFI (>300MBPS)
Free high speed wifi access, code will be provided upon arrival.

Board games, in-suite Laundry.

Smoking is not allowed in the suite.

It was exactly like in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. Costco and a mall were very close, short minutes away. Would recommend Haines restaurant/pub in the mall, best beef deep and nachos. Recommend Greenbryre golf course. It’s a 12 hole course, which was perfect for us as a couple of senior ladies. The food was also good there especially the pizza.
