Why they chose this property

Our home is located in the Penticton area, informally known as the 'Cherryland neighbourhood'. It is a quiet, well-established residential area known for its unique character, mature trees, and historic homes, 15 mins walk to downtown and Lake Okanagan. This cherished property has been in our family since the early 1950's, evolving with each generation, into what it is today.

What makes this property unique

Agador, our giant blue hippo riding a vintage bicycle, greets our guests, welcoming them to a joyfully eclectic, private/secure property filled with colour, art and panache! Available for use: 'Cruiser' bicycles/ helmets, gas bbq and outdoor dining area, in home laundry, full kitchen, basement lockup storage room, beach bags & towels, You'll have full access to a large private, heated and secure storage space to lock up and air out your sports equipment, store bikes, ski's/boards, paddle boards, golf clubs etc...
