About this property

Bright poolside 2 bed, 2 bath Walkout Basement Suite

Large poolside suite in the sunny Okanagan.

Regarding sharing the pool - you have full use of the pool and backyard throughout your entire stay. We only share the pool on hot days for 1.5 hour starting around 3:30 pm in the afternoon. Otherwise, we are not in the pool or patio area except for necessary maintenance.

The suite is a spacious, two bedroom, two bath, 970 sqft basement suite with full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave. It has a gas fireplace in the living room for cozy evenings in the winter.

The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom can be set up as either 2 twin beds or 1 king bed.

The suite is fully separated from the upstairs unit (occupied by us) with its own separate heating and air conditioning system that you can set to your comfort level.

Outdoors, enjoy the BBQ, patio, secluded, small yard, and 14' x 36' solar heated pool which is open Victoria Day to Labour Day. The pool may open earlier and stay open later in the year depending on the weather.

There is a playground across the street.

The use of the 40 amp, 9.6 kw electric vehicle charger is free for guests.

The home is partially powered by solar panels on the roof.

Quiet and oh so clean

What a perfect central hub for all things outdoors. We climbed and biked daily and found the gated backyard perfect for storing our bikes. The interior was very clean, quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Accommodation in Penticton

Fabulous

This place was absolutely fabulous, I will definitely recommend to others. We all really enjoyed the pool, it was like our own private places even though the owners were upstairs. Owner replied to all my messages promptly. Very clean with all the amenities needed, lots of room for all of us, games for us to play, so much for us. We all loved this place!!

Amazing vacation!

This was a fabulous rental! It was absolutely spotless and literally had everything you could possibly need for the perfect vacation. The house was perfect, air conditioned and ideal for our family of four. But the best part was the pool! So clean and private- we spent hours there everyday! The hosts were very kind and helpful but also respected our privacy. All in all an amazing vacation!

Summer Oasis

Scott and Brenda were very great hosts that were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our summer getaway. This was our second stay and it will never disappoint with the amazing location central to everything Penticton has to offer but far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy city. Immensely enjoyed the pool to cool off with those warm summer days. Beautiful escape within the city. Definitely will return.

Oasis with amazing location

Upon checking in we were very impressed with the cleanliness and little chocolate gift on the table with the instructions about everything we needed. Suite has everything you need to accommodate a family stay. The pool is aoooo refreshing and the location to the amazing afternoon and evening sun are the best. Scott and Brenda were very gracious hosts and would recommend this to all. The friendly cats were also a welcome site when they came to visit. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and amenities. A Temporary Home for Us

I had to bring my elderly uncle to Penticton to see his brother. I really wanted a home for us, as we’d have a lot of down time. Hotel rooms would be awkward. This place was fantastic. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. It was amazingly well equipped, and we felt instantly at home. The beds were super comfortable, the host was as friendly as could be but kept their distance. Perfect. If I return to penticton this is where I’ll be staying if it’s available. One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in.
