Inner City Warm Villa
This sunny and warm villa is nestled between the native trees of the town belt and Wellingtons CBD. The double glazing, full insulation and radiator central heating ensure that you'll be toasty and warm.
The quiet culd de sac street has plenty of on street parking although you can get by without a car with the cbd, parliament, the botanic gardens and the stadium all within walking distance.
The house has three generous bedrooms and continuous gas hot water so you can all have a shower (or a piping hot bath).
There are numerous bush walks on your door step (with plentiful bird life) and the boutique village of Thorndon is a short walk away with its restaurants, cafes and shops.
As you would expect the fully equiped kitchen includes gas cooking and a dishwasher.
It's very peaceful and quiet.

This villa was the perfect fit for our needs. Great location - quiet with the town belt just behind us while offering easy access to Tinakori village and being an easy walk to the central city.The villa itself was a home away from home, we felt very comfortable here, and it was lovely to have somewhere our dog could stay too. Really appreciated Richard being so accommodating as our needs changed! This will be our first choice of stay next time we are in Wellington.
