Welcome to the truly unique space that is The Loft. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished to ensure your stay with us is a memorable and luxurious experience.
We have created a home away from home feel for our guests, in the beating heart of Wellington. This spectacular location will greet you from every room and both sunrise and sunset will treat to you an everchanging array of bright or moody skies and cityscapes. PLEASE NOTE that lounge wall made to look aged/rustic but it's not mold or wet. The area is shining as it's clear coated so may look wet.
You will find all the mod cons, quality furnishings, nestled in over 220 sqm of spacious living and dining areas and large well-appointed bedrooms and en-suites along with high quality, exceptionally comfortable beds.
There is 2 bedrooms, with a single bed attached to the main bedroom 2 bathrooms. There is pull out mattress in the bedroom with 2 singles, also a fold out single taking the total guests to 7.
For fire safety and council compliance, all the rooms have openings and arnt completely sealed, there may be a small amount of light & noise pollution.
Before booking please note you are in central Wellington and there can be noise on the weekends. We have white noise and noise reduction panels for the bedrooms available to help you sleep. It is also stair access only, no I'm afraid from the ground level there are 3 flights you must climb. If using the car park there is about 5 sets of stairs, up and down.
Location:
The Cable Car is right out the front door, 5 mins walk to the TSB arena and water front.
Countdown super market is right down stairs.
The train station is 10 mins and the Blue Bridge Ferry 8 mins.
The location is honestly second to none!!

Lambton Quay is located in the central business district of Wellington, New Zealand. As such, it is primarily a commercial area with many office buildings, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood is known for its bustling energy and busy streets, particularly during the day when workers and tourists fill the area.

We do consider gatherings/events but all must be pre-approved, there will be a bond, event fee and rubbish fee. All extra guests will be require leave at an agreed time.
There is security monitoring at the entrance operating 24/7.
Please take note, you are in the city centre, there will be nightlife noise and potential light pollution.
