Large, modern family home in quiet area. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms with outdoor entertaining area and BBQ. Large saltwater pool to cool down in.

Family friendly neighbourhood, backing on to the park with playground.

Minutes to Bakewell Shopping Centre (Supermarket, chemist, bakery, takeaway shops, GP)

This is a quiet, residential suburb

Guests have the entire property to themselves

• Fully air conditioned with fans in every room to keep you cool and comfortable

• Saltwater Pool (fully fenced). Towels provided

• Breezy balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the pool and park

• Large undercover area downstairs with BBQ & outdoor dining area (right next to the pool)

• The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.

• Tea, coffee, milk and basic pantry items provided

• Main bedroom has a king bed and a single bed, with ensuite and walk-in robe

• Second bedroom has a queen bed

• Third bedroom has a doule bed

• Fourth bedroom has a two single beds

• Fifth bedroom (downstairs) has a queen bed

• Bathroom essentials provided, including hair dryer

• Washing machine, dryer & laundry detergents, iron & ironing board provided

• Super fast WIFI (500mbps) and Smart TV

• Fully fenced backyard

• Undercover parking for two cars (behind gate), plus additional off street parking in driveway

• Portacot with bassinet & change table attachments, and highchair available upon request

• Self check-in (suitable for late night arrivals)
