I’d like to clarify for future guests that all of our units are stocked with starter supplies, including toilet paper, hand soap, coffee cups, and bathroom garbage bins before every check-in. If anything was missing or ran low, we truly wish we had been notified during your stay. We are very responsive and would have delivered replacements immediately. We take pride in maintaining our properties to a high standard, and small concerns like these are always resolved quickly when brought to our attention.

Pros: great location, nice cityscape views, tastefully decorated. Cons: Dirty towels upon check-in, almost empty essentials, stained paper towel roll, crusty remote. Paw prints on cabinets.Missing dish scrub, dish rack. Only 1 garbage bag for entire stay (3 nights). Filthy mop, no broom.Reached out immediately to host, they were non responsive. We contacted support and sent them pictures and screenshots. Even VRBO couldn't reach them. After over 24hrs host responded curtly telling us to "just wash the towels" and buy our own supplies. To date we have not been reimbursed even with receipt submission. Terrible experience.

The unit was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your check-in, and no issues like the ones described were reported at that time. While we understand that concerns can come up during a stay, we did not receive clear communication from you that would have allowed us to address these matters in real time. We always aim to respond promptly and resolve any issues when they’re brought to our attention, and we’re sorry if you felt unsupported during your stay. However, we cannot agree with the characterization of the property or the level of service described. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will continue working to maintain high standards for all guests.
