Access and Payment: The mini market operates on a self-service basis. To use it, it is essential that you follow the purchase and payment procedure to the letter, using the app or kiosk available on site. Opening hours: Market operating hours 24 hours. Party Room: If you wish to use the space for any type of event, it is mandatory to speak with your host, who must make the booking on your behalf and assume responsibility. Rules: In case of use, follow the noise rules (Silence Law after 10 pm) and cleaning rules. The space must be left clean and organised after use.

Condominium Rules for Guests

Your stay is welcome, but it is essential to respect the environment and tranquility of the other residents of the condominium. By staying, you agree to comply with all the rules listed below:

Access and Security: Identification: Upon arrival, you may need to present an identification document (ID card or driving licence) at the gate for registration and access control, as required by the condominium. Access Control: Use only the designated guest entrance (or the main entrance) and never give access codes, keys, or tags to people not registered in the reservation. Gatehouse: The gatehouse staff are there for everyone's safety. Do not overburden them with tasks that are not their responsibility (e.g., carrying luggage, keeping your apartment keys safe during their stay). Visitor Registration: If you will be receiving any visitors (if permitted by the house rules), their full name and identification document must be provided to us (the host) in advance for authorisation. 2. Coexistence and Noise Quiet Hours: Silence is mandatory between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM (or according to the condominium's schedule). Avoid noise, loud conversations in common areas (hallways, lifts) and loud music, especially in your apartment. Parties and Events: Parties, events and gatherings that disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited at any time, both in the unit and in common areas. Behaviour: Maintain respectful and courteous behaviour with neighbors and condominium staff. 3. Use of Common Areas Permitted Use: Check our House Guide or contact us to find out which common areas (pool, gym, game room, etc.) are permitted for guests. Many condominiums limit or prohibit guest access to certain areas. Specific Rules: When using permitted common areas, please respect the rules posted on site (e.g., no wearing wet swimwear in lifts, usage times, etc.). Barbecue Areas/Party Rooms: Use of these areas requires reservation. Use by guests without our prior authorisation is prohibited. Swimming Pool: Take a shower before entering. The use of glass containers is not permitted in the pool area. Waste and Cleaning: Disposal: Waste must be disposed of in bags and in the locations and times designated by the condominium (usually specific bins or collection times). Do not leave waste in the hallways. Recycling: The condominium performs selective waste collection; we kindly ask you to separate the waste according to the guidelines. Garage: Designated Parking Space: Use only parking space number 132. Any other location is subject to a fine or towing.Speed: Respect the speed limit within the condominium. Important for the Guest: Failure to comply with condominium rules may result in fines, which will be fully passed on to the guest responsible for the reservation. In cases of serious violation or disturbance of the area, the condominium reserves the right to request the immediate removal of the guest, without the right to a refund.
